Define talent strategy as per business strategy and goals; Anticipate and plan for capabilities that drive growth
Develop and oversee deployment of HR strategies, policies, and practices for the business unit
Influence and drive people outcome through other talent management functions including Talent acquisition, Talent development and Performance management
Oversee employee engagement and retention planning and implementation, managing exits
Lead culture and mindset shift to drive better business outcomes
Succession planning for key leadership roles in the unit
Build leadership pipeline
Report on key HR metrics and manage HR compliance for the business unit
Craft cutting edge solutions and presentations for \xe2\x80\x98request for proposals/request for information\xe2\x80\x99
Employee Relations: Accountable for managing employee relations concerns, adhering to HR policy while following guidance.
Drives resolution of issues, in collaboration with partners in staffing and legal and escalates when necessary.
Work closely with HR COEs and ensure seamless integration of the HR priorities
Performance Management: Accountable for delivery of Performance Management processes, including Mid-Year Check-In and Performance Review, and is accountable for delivering calibration sessions during Performance Review.
Employee / Manager Development: Partners with COE resources to deliver Employee &Management Excellence programs and build capability and effectiveness in the line organization.
Accountable for talent planning and management for the client / business, in fulfillment of the HR Plan.
Drive and Delivery of Talent Management programs for HIPO population, following direction from the COE regarding responsibilities.
Collaborates with HR Leadership to design talent planning solutions that will fulfill the HR Plan and serve the business.
