- Supply Chain Manager Position Title, Responsibility Level Manager/Sr. Manager Function Digital Reports to SAVP Regular/Temporary: Regular Grade C2 Location Pune Responsibilities Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors Interact regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure and communicate solutions and ensure client satisfaction with strong business driving results Provide leadership and oversight on all aspects of a supply chain projects translating business requirements into systems solutions Conduct project planning sessions with the team and manage timely delivery of the project, meeting customer expectations and quality standards Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals. Possesses the required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills Skills Technical Skills Experience in project management as a subject matter expert in Supply chain transformation Managed implementation of AI/ML, RPA led solutions across Supply Chain processes Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills Meetings & Reviews, Reporting & Documentation Soft skills (Desired) Good analytical skills. Strong communication skills- oral and verbal Ability to work with various stakeholders across various geography Strong Team player & ability to build & sustain the team Education Requirements B.TECH/MCA + MBA Work Experience Requirements: 3yrs - 8yrs of experience
