Role The Senior Manager, Product Management, Sourcing and Procurement Operations resides within the Product Organization. This role is extraordinarily collaborative, working not only with the inbound product team, but cross-functionally with outbound product managers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Outcomes, and Alliance & Channels, Customer Support, and Training. What you get to do in this role: ServiceNow is looking for an outstanding product management leader to drive product planning and execution of roadmap for our Sourcing and Procurement Operations product. This leader will closely partner with engineering, design, research, other platform product teams, and GTM teams to craft a compelling product offering, followed through with impeccable roadmap execution. The candidate must be someone who has a passion for the Procurement domain and can: Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal guidance. Evaluate competitive and market data to develop a point of view on product priorities. Write business cases for investments and deliver these insights in senior level management meetings. Partner with cross functional teams to formulate product plans and execute on product roadmap. Partner with design and engineering to build products that solve customer challenges. Leverage knowledge of existing ServiceNow products and capabilities to ensure the most efficient delivery of products. Partner and influence roadmaps of other products in the portfolio and/or leverage innovations that\'s delivered across the entire ServiceNow platform. Understand the competitive landscape and where ServiceNow fits into the Procurement solution ecosystem. Drive product adoption with customers and stay closely plugged into customer, partner, and field feedback, to improve the product. Be instrumental in driving user experiences that delight end users while delivering value to customers. Lead prototyping and early ideation of new product features, capabilities. Demonstrate strategies and tactics to deeply understand the users of ServiceNow and bring that perspective back into the organization (\'voice of the customer\'). Qualifications In order to be successful in this role, the candidate should: 10+ years of enterprise application product management experience - at least 5 years in a procurement related product domain including anything Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, Procure-to-Pay or other related domains. Have 5+ years of experience as a people manager. Entrepreneurial approach and comfortable in a dynamic, results-driven environment that includes a background in both small and large organizations. Relentless focus on product-market fit. Excellent cross-functional collaborator, able to influence and drive cross-functional teams toward a goal. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations understanding and experience with using data and analytics to optimize the user experience and enhance the product. Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to communicate effectively on both technical and business topics able to present equally effectively to an engineer, a customer, or executives. Self-directed with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Ability to work hands on, starting small, and scaling up over a period of time. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You\'re a practitioner of Agile methodologies and making them work in different organizations and environments. Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and current applications portfolio is a huge plus. For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $156,420 - $273,780, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
