Work closely with PRB Advisory in planning and executing the P3 related requirements for business/functions/regions and deliver on time accurately
Manage the day to day AskHR queries from the colleague, PRB CoE's, PRB Specialist Delivery, People Leaders and close the requests within the agreed TAT
Support and partner with PRB Advisory on annual job matching exercise and to track the status of job matching status for respective business/functions/regions
Provide support to PRB Advisory in P3 specific reports and analysis like gender pay, market data analysis, Salary budget modelling
Prepare and publish the quarterly internal equity report for your respective business/ functions/regions
Provide support during the P3 review cycle in preparing multiple reports for PRB Advisory based on the business requirements for MT discussions/meeting
Ensure and maintain the track of all conditional guarantees award and non-proration TVC for your business/functions/regions and provide support to PRB Advisory on this whenever is needed
Prepare and assist buy-out valuation for all new hires based on the requirements from PRB Advisory
Provide support on P3 specific audit requirements in your respective business/functions/regions
Work closely with PRB Advisory and support on complex analysis like salary ranges building for your respective business
Work closely with PRB Advisory/ HRBA during the P3 review cycle to identify, validate and update on P3 Data structures like Reporting Tags/ Scorecards/ Incentive Plan Anomalies (TTVC, FLIP, CARS)
Provide support to PRB Advisory /PRB Specialist SD on Special projects like Benefits Transformation, FLIP, CARS etc..
Prepare POI/DOI for the process and activities supported by the individual and ensure to have a check list for the critical activities.
