Roles & Responsibilities Manage sales & operation planning process. Coordination and execution of sales planning from annual business plan to 3 month rolling sales plan to monthly / weekly sales plan. Micro planning and detailing monthly plan at granular level like SKU wise plan / customer wise plan / plant location wise plan etc. Organisation and participation in S&OP meeting Managing smooth operation and customer order execution in different phases of demand supply mismatch scenario Inventory planning: Coordination with sales, production and supply chain team for managing excess inventories in case of low demand scenario and managing shortage situation during high demand scenario. Product Allocation planning & execution: Product allocation management during high demand scenario with optimal product distribution Automation and digitization: Driving and spearheading IT and digitization projects for planning activities including BI and other MIS reports. Pricing Policy: Adherence of pricing policy documentation, seeking approvals, freight rate maintenance etc. Internal collaboration: Active involvement with other departments like sales, strategy, production, quality, Customer Relationship, commercial, HR, Supply chain etc. for effectively performing roles and responsibilities involved with respective to defined profile. Adhering of Tata code of conduct and managing brand value. Preferred Skills: Sales And Marketing and /or logistic operations preferably in B2B Entrepreneurial bent of mind Self-driven and proactive. Ability to persist. Effective team player Advance level IT skills in MS excel, power point, SAP / ERP and equivalent software. Good negotiation skills. Good communication and inter personnel skills.
