Senior Manager / Manager - Projectsr r r r Roles and Responsibilitiesr r r r Z Responsible for supervision and management of the overall project execution as per ther r agreed design and cost parameters.r r Z Responsible to ensure all resources for the project available as per plan to meet deadlinesr r and to ensure quality and safety standards maintained while achieving time and cost targetsr r fixed for effective completion of project.r r Z Also responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements at site.r r Z To review and if required further detail project plan prepared by Central Planning cellr r Z To coordinate with local architects and contractors to ensure that detailed plans are made inr r line with the agreed Planr r Z To coordinate and ensure that the project site is ready before the actual construction starts,r r for example, land acquisition, ensuring the land is free of any encroachments, utility shiftingr r etc.r r Z To ensure availability of materials, equipment etc that are to be provided at site andr r coordinate to ensure the samer r Z To supervise work at site to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and tor r required quality and contract specifications and work completion is on scheduler r Z To provide technical guidance on site whenever & wherever required and resolving criticalr r issues on site and be the single point of coordination with the Regional and HO as requiredr r Z To monitor the costs at Site periodically and ensure they are within budget.r r Z To ensure that there is a conducive and safe work environment at the siter r Z To assist where required in the selection of local vendors and contractors/sub-contractorsr r r r Interested candidates can share their CV at hrd.sahyog@gmail dot com & 8860385576 (Whatsapp)r r r r Contact...r r Sahyog Jobs Consultancyr r B-61, Kakaji, New Delhir r Call 8860385576, 8860382017 & 011-49847664
