REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Preferably Postgraduate in Science/Agriculture/ Horticulture or Rural Management 2. A minimum of 10 to15 years of prior Practical experience in Agriculture extension with at least 5 years in a managerial position for extension management 3. Strong knowledge of Organic Farming standards and methodologies, organic and regenerative agricultural practices. 4. Understanding of data analysis/statistical methods. 5. Strong knowledge of MS Office 6. Reliable and Trustworthy 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. 8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds. 10. Leadership, team building, decision-making qualities Salary : Best in Industry RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage sustainable agriculture initiatives with Field teams in multi-location covering. 2. Ability to independently design and implement program initiatives. 3. Shall coordinate with research institutions, government departments, and private organizations for collaboration on sourcing of technologies, joint research, training of farmers and staff, etc. 4. Coordination with the internal organic/sustainable agriculture certification bodies for certification work, manage administrative functions as may be required for team management, business development function for the company, etc 5. Extensive travel in rural areas is part of the job profile. 6. Preparation of budget plan and fund raising. 7. Plan monitoring, review and internal evaluation 8. Prepare and submit all queries of the funding agencies after cross checking with the finance section. 9. Prepare and implement policies, briefing documents, annual reports, handouts and leaflets etc. 10. Build up innovative actions, linkages, and documentation to supplement the project activities. 11. Assist the preparation of business plan and investment plan with the management. 12. Support the Training Coordinator in making the annual training program plan, coordinate and assist the training and extension plan on crops. 13. Ensure that technically sound extension, certification, and crop production meets the requirements of the farmers, the market, and CNPPL in particular. 14. Coordinate the documentation, data management, fair trade certification, organic certification, quality control, etc. 15. Ensure the preparation of self-performance appraisal and review of the performance appraisal for the team. 16. Ensuring all adherences are followed properly by the rest of the team and farmers during the internal and external audits. 17. Coordinating with the FFL Certifying body Inspectors at the time of Inspection. 18. Checking and Verification of the FFL compliance at the whole supply chain. 19.
