Job brief We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead dynamic and technically diverse projects on generative AI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate end-to-end ownership of the project life cycle with a focus on AI/ML projects. This role requires a proactive person who values client commitments, can wear multiple hats, and drives projects to success. Responsibilities Project Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the project life cycle, from the conceptualization phase to rollout. Leadership: Act as a guiding force for the project team, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner. Project Planning: Create, communicate, and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Risk Management: Maintain a firm grip on project scope and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Best Practices: Implement industry best practices for project management and documentation. Agile Expertise: Demonstrate extensive experience in Agile methodologies and related frameworks. Tool Proficiency: Track and manage project progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Multitasking: Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets its objectives. Escalation Management: Ensure minimal escalations and adhere to the escalation matrix diligently. Required Skills: 5+ years of proven experience of managing and delivering AI/ML projects. PMP, Prince2, CSM certification preferred, but not mandatory. Experience working in Agile and related frameworks. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure. Strong work ethic, team spirit and a respectful attitude Willingness to accept additional responsibilities as a challenge. Good verbal and written communication Good interpersonal skills Requirements 4-8 years of experience in Project Management Expertise in one or more of following domains would be an added advantage- Insurance, Healthcare, Banking Communications skills including the ability to understand client processes in any area in detail. Excellent coordination and communication skills Experience working with AI/ML teams. Education: B. Tech + MBA (Mandatory, Tier 2 college and above)
