Job Description


The sales operation person will work closely with the BU leads, Client Executives, Account Managers and EXL Growth office in ensuring timely & accurate reporting & tracking of pipeline He/ She will be working, analyzing & coordinating with different teams (Frontend, BU teams, growth leaders & etc.) to track all the pipeline related work and will alert respective stakeholders when needed He/ She will create and publish dashboards on regular basis to share insights with leadership with special focus on large deals, named accounts (new logos) pipeline and also helps in deal prioritization He/ She will have to maintain and enhance SFDC dashboards for Insurance new logos and sales team He/She will have to educate sales team about the best practices He/She will be involved in tracking & reporting of Executive engagement He/She will help in monthly/quarterly pipeline/business reviews with leadership team He/She will help in enabling effective monthly sales calls & track/ closure of actions He/ She will ensure timely execution of planned tasks within the area of responsibility He/ She will create processes as and when required to monitor progress of various strategic initiatives taken within the business unit He/ She will track pipeline & wins related OKR targets He/ She will help inbusiness case creation / edits / upkeep He/ She will help inpresentations, market research support He/ She will help in tracking of solutions pipeline and measurement across stages Create and publish dashboard illuminating progress update on selected Insurance solutions covering all aspects including but not limited to Solution development, client implementations, GTM, investment & return on Investment Strategic alignment of the solutions by directing towards the overall strategy of Insurance BU. Skill set needed for this role: Strong communication skills and articulation Connecting the dots across multiple discussions Strong Relationship Management Keen learner Proactive Analytical mindset Strong Excel, PPT skills, Experience of Salesforce tool will be added advantage.
