Must have experience on Life Admin Systems/ Life Insurance, Annuity products Min 10+ years of experience in development of policy administration system (COBOL) Min 10+ years of experience in development/maintenance and Support projects. Min 10+ yrs of experience in SQL Must have good understanding of Policy Administration System design and architecture Must be aware of new technologies and market updates with respect to Life and Annuity business Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and design the proposed IT solution. Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations and provide input to information/ data flow, and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps. Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications. Document High Level and Low Level technical specifications. Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be added advantage Required Skills Microsoft .Net 4.6 Framework, Microsoft .NET 6, C#/VB.Net, Asp.Net MVC 5, Single page Application, Web API, WCF 4.5, REST & SOAP based Web services, SOA, JavaScript, MS SQL Programming, jQuery, Awareness of Object Oriented Design, OAuth2, MS Unit test case/NUnit, Angular 12 or above, React JS or any other javascript framework. Experience in code optimization, application performance evaluation using any tool. Servers Knowledge IIS 8 and above Database Sql server 2012 / 2014/ 2016 Oracle MySql Skills Nice to Have: Experience on any one / more than one of the following: Git, SVN, TFS, VSS Soap UI, POSTMAN, Fiddler JIRA Swagger Jenkins Teamcity Preferable - Life Insurance domain understanding / past working experience Ability to understand the business processes and associated Application functionality by reviewing code and consulting with the analyst and operations teams
