Senior Technical Manager, Full Stack - C2 Function Sachin Jain Employment Type Permanent Span of Control TBD Location Noida The position will operate in a matrix environment reporting directly into Global Products and Platforms leadership team and working closely with the LifePRO Business Unit delivering EXL Solutions. Responsibilities Onbase Filenet Sharepoint Alfresco Documentum Must have hands-on development experience with any of the above Document Management Systems, preferably with OnBase Document Type and Keyword Configuration knowledge Deep understanding in configure settings related to Document Management System functions such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Data Sets, Keyword Updates Participating in PI planning sessions, Scrum meetings, Retrospective sessions Requirement gathering, analysis, and tech specification document creation Develop APIs, perform configuration changes Design, Review and implement Document Management Systems based solutions. Participate in walk-through, inspections, review meetings Complies with the standards and processes in the test organization Acquire knowledge in the business domain and application workflow Coordination with cross-application for upstream and downstream impact analysis Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines Provides explanations and information to others on topics within the area of expertise Experience developing OnBase unity scripts for document ingestion, auto-fill lookup Experience developing OnBase unity forms and custom actions Development experience with web service and integrating with other internal & external applications Experience working with integration with policy admin system, workflow systems is preferred Deliver assigned projects covering full life-cycle from development to production go-live Work with OnBase support team for the triaging production issues. Ability to partner with OnBase support team to implement automated monitoring solutions where applicable.
