Job Title: Sr. Manager- Network Services (10 - 14 yrs) About Providence At Providence, we are grounded in our goal to serve all as we engineer the future of healthcare. In addition, we will enable improved patient outcomes and experiences, caregiver efficiency, and running the business of Providence at scale. Experience- 10-12 years . Managing network engineering legacy and cloud. . Engineering and operational knowledge of core networking including voice engineering. . Working knowledge of managing and delivering services through Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies . Strong knowledge on network monitoring tools and an aptitude towards data engineering. . Demonstrable capabilities around strong use of automation and infrastructure as a code approach to drive scalability and consistency . Focus on end user experience . Strong knowledge of Power BI and advanced analytics/reporting tools Required Management skills . Lead his/her teams by establishing and executing a vision for the delivery of information and analytics platforms and solutions to the business\'s key stakeholders, including, internal staff, partners and clients. . Deliver and support long-term strategic goals & vision for BI platform in conjunction with data users, internal customers and other stakeholders . Based on data findings and trends, make recommendations for improvements, standardization, consolidation of reports to common layouts for supportability/usability, and determine ways to optimize information generation and distribution . Oversee application enhancement requests. Agree on relevance, ROI, statutory requirements. . Manage resource allocation according to priorities. Attend and provide input for CAPEX and budget. Oversee the definition and documentation of all system requirements associated with new application projects . This person will work with our senior business leaders to set the vision, direction and roadmap, and lead a team of analysts to deliver this solution . Ability to develop and evolve long-term strategies while driving tactical projects . Works independently or collectively develop ideas and lead or contribute to initiatives that will support the attainment of revenue and / or attainment of market share . Should be team player and accommodative . Long-term Thinkers - Visionary . Should be able build a highly motivated team and mentor the team towards the cloud journey.
