To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our multi-disciplinary product and development team for the Bluehost brand. Bluehost’s Web Pro platform is designed to help the modern Web Pro organize their web development business so that they can focus on their clients and grow their business, without administrative overheads.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You’re a highly-skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share. You are excited about leading a product in it’s early stages of growth.
What You'll do:

• Lead the growth charter of the WebPro user base for Newfold Digital
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for everything WebPro
• Conduct regular customer, market and competitor research to identify opportunities for improving our product experience
• Analyze data from internal and external sources to develop strategies and define product objectives
• Translate product strategy into detailed technical specifications for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans
• Collaborate with the design team by creating high-level mockups and wireframes to clearly define desired product implementation
• Collaborate with engineering on product development by articulating the product vision and representing the customers' interests
• Monitor, report and find ways to improve product performance
• Educate sales, support and other teams about product developments through training sessions, documentation and other mechanisms
• Collaborate with marketing, and sales teams on the go-to-market planning for products
• Assist the sales and account management teams in meetings with customers and prospects to conduct product demos and understand customer needs
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

Who you are:

• Overall 6+ years of experience with IT/Ecommerce companies, preferably managed a team of Product Managers
• Ability to influence without authority, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Can speak the language of various stakeholders - be it developers, designers, business heads or client-facing teams, and be able to influence people
• Can break down complex and vague problems into logical, components and come up with innovative, feasible solutions
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong sense of customer empathy and an eagerness to talk to customers and help them succeed
• Sound understanding of design concepts, experience of creating detailed wireframes
• Top-notch analytical abilities including some familiarity with SQL
• Proven experience in measuring initiatives quantitatively, and drawing actionable insights to guide decisions
• Good understanding of the WordPress ecosystem & familiarity with building websites is a great plus
• Experience of working in an Agile environment preferable
