Role Responsibilities

Change Management
  • Drive Migration Utility Agenda with delivery of migration support within CFCC Operations:
  • Discuss potential migrations with guidance of the requirements
  • Support Business in strategic decisions by knowing strengths and weaknesses of the Sites
  • Track savings and costs related to migrations
  • Maintain all Regulatory requirements to avoid breach and have all approvals in place
  • Engage with Stakeholders globally to drive MU and CFCC strategy
  • Deliver E2E migrations and change required
  • Deliver , amongst others:
  • Consolidated status reporting
  • Issue/action tracking and follow up
  • FTE tracking
  • MI tracking and consolidation
  • financials reporting
  • Identify and assess interdependencies (dependency type, profile, specifications and timelines) to determine the critical path and control standards.
  • Measure outcomes on Change initiatives/ program post-implementation to evaluate benefits realisation.
  • Identify and resolve plan execution (budget, work activities, timeline) risks
  • Work with the team to track and manage all required data
Strategy
  • Deliver with Stakeholders and Business migration and location Strategy and by providing support deliver migrations and change to allow implementation of Strategy agreed.
Business
  • Support stakeholders to achieve cost efficiencies through agreed activities and role migrations.
  • Cooperate with various key stakeholders and CFCC areas with prioritising or defining deliverables for GBS implementation and collaborate to ensure the success of the programme
  • Able to recognise and respond rapidly to changing stakeholder & business needs with appropriate governance framework and communications
  • Act as the key contact point for GBS migration teams for all engagement with in-scope CFCC functions.
  • Ability to communicate and support CFCC requirements to GBS and wider stakeholder groups
  • Support CFCC areas with prioritising, sequencing and defining deliverables for GBS implementation
  • Able to collaborate to implement successfully in GBS locations
Processes
  • Mapping all Migration process and maintaining proper approvals
  • Creating detailed plans for budget, benefits, outlining duties, identifying goals, mapping all cross-functional dependencies and setting a timeline for the activities.
  • Monitor all actions to ensure that remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan by delivering status reports, including creative briefs, notes and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate progress against plan to key stakeholders and escalate where there is a risk of late delivery.
  • Able to document and support delivery of SLA documents and Third-Party Risk Management deliverables
Other:
  • Experience in working with Compliance Officers, running global projects
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills, approachable and good at forming relationships with people of all levels within the business.
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation's goal.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and responsive nature to handle multiple initiatives and changing priorities.
Our Ideal Candidate

Education: at least Bachelor's degree; with experience in the fields of Finance or Project Management preferred.

Work Experience:
  • At least 8 years' overall experience in areas of Financial Crime and project management
