Job Description


Senior Manager - Marketing ( Marathi language - speak, read and write is a must)

Background:

A channel marketing incumbent is responsible to market the campaigns with accordance to the target audience. Setting and executing the brand strategy for a property/properties to enhance brand performance, brand equity and to achieve the desired reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand planning and Building:

- Conceptualizing the brand strategy for the brand/shows and implementing the same in conjunction with the Brand lead

- Implement 360-degree activities in order to showcase every property on air to the consumer, advertiser and trade

- Support the group head with high quality, timely marketing inputs and implement tactical plans / programs to maximize the value of the brands through launch, growth & sustenance phase

- Steering key strategic interventions in regions aimed at driving business objectives

Consumer Research:

- Having an analytical mindset for analyzing data and generating insights for the campaign market

- Understanding the social and digital ecosystem for consumer researches and campaign management

Execution:

- Managing conversations with the media and PR agency and briefing them on the campaign and communication plan

- Vendor selection

- Preparing a brief for the programming and presentation team

- Provide constant support to the Sales team by trade marketing support and product integrations

Budget allocation & cost effectiveness:

- Ensure cost savings and increasing perception by maximizing alliances and partnerships

- Strike alliances and barter deals to ensure maximum touch points with the consumer

- Allocating the budget with accordance to the Brand Lead

- Analyzing the value add of the campaign

Digital & Social Media management:

- Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- Social media management working closely with the digital agency to develop the on-going social media calendar and keeping the brand relevant amongst key TG.

- Understand Marketing & Media analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize.

- Managing agencies & key stakeholders for all Digital Performance & Impact channels and drive them to execute and deliver against platform goals and targets

Key Interfaces:

- Managing interactions with internal & external stakeholders

- Internal stakeholders - Channel team, Sales, Distribution, Finance, Commercial

- External stakeholders - Media planning & buying agency, digital agency, creative agency
