CRIMSON is looking for entrepreneurial-minded SR. Manager in Digital Marketing who like to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-performance work atmosphere where growth is measured only on revenue and brand awareness. The various areas of your work would include:

STRATEGIC PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION:

- Develop the digital marketing strategy to meet business objectives

- Plan and execute strategies achieving the desired result and on time delivery

- Work closely with business and product heads to understand the client's needs and ingrain them in all business strategies

- Track and Develop a deep understanding of the market and competition landscape and implement educated strategies to counter the same

BRAND MARKETING:

- Manage and direct the performance marketing team

- Deep knowledge and hands on experience of all digital e marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, marketing database, emails, and display advertising campaigns etc.

- Measure, report, and present performances of all digital marketing campaigns, thus owning results of all campaigns

- Utilize the strong analytical ability and understanding of various performance marketing tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Detailed understanding of UI / UX thus responsible for Optimizing web traffic and performance metrics such as CTR, engagement, lead generation, conversion, site ranking, and open rates/opt-outs

- In depth understanding of Ad words, Meta Ads, Analytics (GA4), Web Engage, Email marketing, etc.

PEOPLE IMPACT:

- Understanding various cultures and driving marketing teams in different geographies

- Work closely with SEO, Design, UI/UX, and performance marketing teams.

- Drive cross team collaborations through mutually beneficial strategies with actionable plan

- Driving a culture of innovation in marketing and communication

- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing team

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

- Minimum 5 years of experience of marketing experience within the B2C industry with a proven track record of leading the digital marketing division.

- Analytical and a problem-solving mindset

- Comfortable with various aspects of performance-marketing - Deep knowledge and hands on experience of all digital e marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, marketing database, emails, and display advertising campaigns etc

- In depth understanding & hands on experience of Ad words, Meta Ads, Analytics (GA4), Web Engage, Email marketing, etc.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and drive relevance

- Proven ability to manage budgets

- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices in the B2C/B2B product & service segment.

- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.

- Proven track record in making product and brand marketing strategy.
