Job Responsibilities
1.Manage the mobile medical van for its rural and urban health interventions. This entails organising general OPD, diagnosis of health and administering appropriate medicines and follow up of the patients.
2.Training and Development of the Aanganwadi workers and the Village Health Workers and NGO partners for new age CSR practices and compliance.
3.Ensuring that NGOs meet the compliance to the due diligence requirements and the CSR Act and Rules

4.Ensure due diligence of the implementing partners through process assessment and strengthen Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects through Online MIS
5.Preparation of analysis, reports and action plan for the projects on health, skilling and volunteering
6.Facilitate process assessments of projects conducted by third party.
7.Design and Deploy employability programmes for the school dropout youth and enable them to earn livelihood. This would entail collaboration with entities that have domain expertise in imparting skills and network of job providers for the placement of the skills
8.Conducting baseline/need assessment, impact assessment of projects throughout its lifecycle, prepare reports and case studies and other forms of communication pertaining to CSR
