- Increase the effectiveness of the Investor Relations program

- Minimise iterations in the investor presentation & press release Innovate in the investor presentation with new slides and analysis, enhancing disclosures Manage the quarterly investor conference call to ensure all participants get a fair chance to resolve their queries Upload the transcript within 7 working days of the conference call on the IR website Prepare the IR quarterly update within a week of receiving the quarterly updates Full

- Preparation of Annual Report - Implement integrated reporting along with FY22 Annual Report - Provide relevant financial and nonfinancial information on environment consciousness, corporate social responsibility to give a holistic view on company's operations and strategy Full

- Process - Ensure visibility by participation in non-deal roadshows, conferences & HQ meetings - Update IR Head on real time market opinions, industry news and views on critical issues. - Support IR head by preparing fact sheets to update him on internal data points in line with peers - Monitor the company's institutional ownership and trading trends in comparison to peers Full

Miscellaneous :

Responsibilities - Manage the company's third party providers. Work with Corporate Communications in the development of investor relations materials including related press releases, investor kit and other corporate materials

- Work with internal team in understanding investor needs and regulatory parameters in the context of strategic communication - To roll out innovative programs which apprise senior management on market sentiment, information and investor feedback

- To broaden shareholder base by getting in quality long-term investors - Roll out strategic analytical programs on a monthly basis to analyse company's performance with respect to peers
