Investor Relations - Sr. Manager
A leading Retail Company based in Bangalore is looking for a Manager/ Senior Manager Investor Relations.
Briefly, the responsibilities will be as follows :
- Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Investor/Strategy deck for investors & management review.
- Keeping a track on competitors/peer group - quarterly reporting to management on their updates
- Assisting CFO/CEO in Investor pitch, co-ordination with investors etc.
- Managing all Fund raising activities, addressing queries from existing as well as new investors on regular basis
- Reviewing existing investor pitches and making changes as per changed business directions
- Liaising with various senior level bankers, private equity players, financial institutions and consultants for funding related activities.
- Budgeting, forecasting and managing company level cash flows
