Role profile: LSEG is seeking a senior level Communication Manager to lead communication planning and delivery for key transformational programmes that aim to remove barriers to execution and improve the customer and colleague experience. This role reports to the Director, Internal Communication - Operations & Integration and will work closely with senior leaders in Operations and across LSEG to help embed cultural change and deliver customer and colleague process improvements. This role is based in Bangalore. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our communications reflect LSEG's strategic priorities and our culture: Connect - we work as one company to serve our customers Create opportunity - we have the courage to think differently Deliver excellence - we execute to the highest standards Role Responsibilities Work with senior leaders and programme workstreams in Operations to understand communication requirements and plan engaging and effective communication strategies, campaigns and plans to support cultural change and customer and colleague process improvements Develop the narrative and messaging to support programme outcomes at a strategic level Plan and deliver communications activities to support specific operational changes Develop and manage delivery of detailed communication plans and sequencing Draft/review clear and compelling content and communication materials in line with communication plans Work with programme leads to ensure effective and aligned communications in step with wider Group communications, providing counsel to programme leads and workstreams on communication best practice, tone of voice, etc. Act as the conduit between LSEG's communication team and key transformation programmes/workstreams and work with colleagues in the broader internal communication team to ensure alignment of Operations comms with wider Group comms activities and plans Look for opportunities to tell our Operations story to the Group. Required Experience, Skills, and Attitude Must have substantial internal communications experience in global organisations Strong change / transformation comms experience - operating in a programme environment, leading comms workstreams and strong change comms delivery experience Able to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships - particularly with senior leaders. Experience of developing communication strategies and delivering high quality, engaging communications for a range of audiences through a variety of media (video, presentation, infographics, written including web page, intranet, email, yammer etc.) with working knowledge of web publishing tools, mass email platforms, and MS Office 365 suite Exceptional knack for messaging and very strong writing skills Strong planner and multi-tasker - you can juggle, prioritise, and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity Strong attention to detail - ensures accuracy of communications A collaboration and success mindset and happy to roll sleeves up. Experience of matrix reporting/working You are dynamic, assertive, resilient, and warm.
