DESCRIPTION As a Senior Manager of People Operations at Credera India, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of People Operations for our growing organization operating from our Hyderabad, India office. WHO YOU ARE:

KEY CHARACTERISTICS: Decision Making As a Senior Manager of People Operations, you must have strong decision-making skills. In this role, you will be expected to make sound decisions based on your analysis of several factors affecting the company. These strategic decisions you make affect the operations and the success of the company. Organizational Skills A successful manager pays attention to detail and is very organized with their daily tasks. As a part of this role, you are required to keep track of many aspects of operations including policies and procedures, employee schedules, employee paperwork etc. Employee Management This role requires overseeing staff of the company. As a people manager, you ensure the needs of each employee are met while improving their productivity. You are also assigned to conduct assessments to track the team's progress. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Senior Manager of People Operations, you will oversee a multidisciplinary practice including: HR Business Partner
  • Collaborate with Global HR teams to create and maintain HR policies and frameworks
  • Create and maintain Compensation and Benefits framework
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and release offer letters
  • Maintain the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Onboard and offboard employees from Organization
  • Collaborate with cross-practice staffing teams across different geographies to position offshore technology resources in projects
  • Partner with stakeholders across different geographies to meet their project people needs
  • Create training charter based on the needs of the team
  • Create and design team building strategies
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure stakeholders have timesheet data on a timely basis
  • Collaborate with Finance team ensure invoices are sent to internal clients on a timely basis
  • Collaborate with Finance team to generate and review financial operation reports
  • Manage issues and risks
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage hiring goals set by stakeholders
  • Oversee and manage a small team of technical recruiters
  • Work with internal Marketing teams to define and execute marketing strategies targeted at Talent Acquisition
  • Monitor social handles and publish engaging employment brand focused content
  • Collaborate with Global TA teams to create and maintain TA strategy
Staffing Vendor Management
  • Work with staffing vendors to prioritize hiring needs
  • Measure and report on Vendor performance based on targets and goals
  • Review and manage invoicing and billing approvals
Reporting
  • Publish weekly utilization reports
  • Monitor and publish Talent Acquisition KPIs
  • Collaborate with Geo leaders to publish other weekly reports
