Job Description

Job Title : Senior Manager : Industrialisation Electronic Test Engineer for PCB Assembly Test and Product Test .

: Experience in working with Design , Industrialisation , Supplier and Manufacturing plant in New Product development or New product Introduction .

Education : Bachelors Engineering in Electronics and Communication ECE or Engineering in Electrical and Electronics EEE. Experience : 10 to 12 Experience in Automotive Electronics or Industrial Electronics in New products development or New product Introduction ..and working Experience in Production or Industrial Enginering or Manufacturing Engineering department or Industrialisation Department having hands on Experience in PCBA and Product Level Testers development working with Engineering , Testers suppliers and manufacturing plant . Activities Involved :

1. Able to have strong Team collboration / team player closely working with Design / Engineering team , Project team , supplier and Manufacturing team in NPI or NPD

2. Should have strong analytical skills , and commadnding communication skills both oral and written English .

3. Able to analyse the circuits and Schematic anlysis for various Digital , Analog and Power supply circuits in PCB Design .

4. Good and Hands on Experience in Testability analysis for New PCB Assembly Design and should have experience in Test way or Fabmaster or any Testbility tools .

5. Good Knowedge in Test FMEA and Quality tools for PCBA Tests coverage .

6. Should have good knowledge to propose the various Test coverage improvement solutions to to new design when the coverage is less , like In circuit test , Boudary scan , frame scan , vector scan , self embeded test etc.

7 Knowedge on various PCBA and Product Test solutions like In-Circuit Test , Flying Probe Test , Automated Optical Inspection Tests and PCBA and Product Level Test.

8. Able to understand the requirement of Chip level or PCBA Level Firmware flashing to develop best industrial solutions .

9. Should be able to write Industrial Specification for PCBA and Product level Testers including the Test sequencing for New pcba and Products .

10 Hands on Experience in Testers development for PCBA and Product level Testers working with suppliers .

11. Knowledge on Various Test software platforms such as Lab view , Teststand and Lab windows ...

12. Knowledge on Various communication Protocols used in Products communication and Testers development including RF and wireless technologies

13. Knowledge on Cybersecuirity threats in new products DESIGN and Impacts on Testers developmet and various solution to be incorporated in Testers

14. Knowledge on Testers market and NEW Trends in new Testers developement for PCBA and Product

15. Knowledge on Working Experience on Product level Firmware architecture , impacts on PCBA and Product Developments .

16. Working Experience on Testers qualification using quality tools like CP / CPK / Gauge R&R , FPY etc

17. Knowledge on PCB Manufacturing Technologies and PCB Assembly process ..
