The EBU Operational Excellence Senior Manager responsibilities include:

• Driving development of the Quarterly Business Plan and Week 9 updates
• Track and drive accountability to performance to Business Plan targets across the Embedded Business Unit (EBU), as well as reporting to the corporate team
• Lead other key processes within EBU including process and program reviews
• Drive specific process and efficiency improvements and evaluate progress through key process indicators
• Serve as a member of the EBU Extended Staff.
• Run key staff operations on behalf of the VP and GM.
• Own specific projects within the Strategy and Planning team, helping map out longer term strategies and plans

The candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Proven Experience in the memory, storage semiconductor, automotive or industrial electronics industry.
• Strong project management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Keen analytical ability and the ability to synthesize data
• Be comfortable working and with executive management while exercising influence
• The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to use data-driven analysis to identify and track areas of improvement and drive increased accountability within the organization. T
• The Sr. Operational Excellence Manager will combine strong program management skills with the ability to synthesize and analyze data and ideas to formulate concise and clearly communicated plans and actions.
• The Sr. Manager will also prepare and/or drive development of presentation materials and white papers for all levels of the organization, up to and including the CEO and Board.
• The ideal candidate should also have experience in various aspects of the semiconductor product life cycle, have broad experience in operational excellent or process improvement or experience in semiconductor marketing or applications engineering.
• Experience in the Embedded marketplace, including the Automotive and Industrial segments, is highly desirable and will contribute to the candidate’s success in this role.

Education and Experience:

• A BA/BS, preferable in a technical field and/or coupled with an MBA
• 10 plus years in a business operations/center of excellence role or Project Management
• 5 plus years within the semiconductor, embedded, automotive or industrial industry
• Highly effective, strong communication, excellent presentation and teamwork skills
• Excellent analytical, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with wide-ranging demands
