Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Frontend, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Mentor and coach team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Technical Oversight:

• Work closely with technical leads and architects to define and implement best practices in software development.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve complex technical issues.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the implementation and adherence to robust QA processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

DevOps and Infrastructure:

• Oversee the DevOps team in managing deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
• Drive initiatives for automation, scalability, and efficiency in infrastructure management.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership.

Qualification & Experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing diverse teams.
• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
