About the Role \xe2\x80\x93 Associate Director \xe2\x80\x93 Manufacturing Digital Transformation
You would be part of the Microsoft Competency Consulting & Pre-Sales team at PwC Consulting,
advising IT and business leaders on cloud-enabled innovation and business transformation initiatives in
the Manufacturing domain. At PwC Consulting, we work with leading Manufacturing companies and
help them realise their digital transformation objectives. You will work on topics related to Digital
Transformation strategy, Supply Chain Optimization, Finance, Manufacturing for some of our large
customers in the Manufacturing sectors. As an Associate Director, your role would be to bring in
excellent technology consulting skills with relevant domain knowledge in the Manufacturing space.

\xef\x82\xb7 Work on consulting engagements as part of Microsoft Competency Consulting and Pre-Sales
team and deliver transformation projects in the Manufacturing Segment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate deep practice knowledge in Cloud including the following-
o Work with the PwC\xe2\x80\x99s Manufacturing Industry, business strategy and customer IT teams
o Work with PwC\xe2\x80\x99s Manufacturing competency leads to develop CoE(Center of Excellence)
service catalogs across various consulting and Industry solution offerings and proactively
contributes to creating new consulting assets and IPs.

\xef\x82\xb7 An Engineering degree, with preferably an MBA, with 9 to 12 years of experience within
consulting domain in Tier 1 and GSI firms.
\xef\x82\xb7 9+ Years of Experience in delivering ERP & CRM solutions to Manufacturing Segment
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of delivering projects on leading ERP & CRM solutions like Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP
Dynamics 365 CRM, SDFDC in the Manufacturing Segment
\xef\x82\xb7 Impactful client presentation capabilities, strong problem-solving skills and story-telling
techniques.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills (ideally in critical political
environments)

\xef\x82\xb7 Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box
solutions
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to synthesis and translate complex technical aspects into business terms and define from
business objectives and constraints complex technical solutions
\xef\x82\xb7 Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part
of a team
