The Information Security Senior Manager leads expanded teams of individual contributors and senior-level individual contributors focused multiple areas within cybersecurity technical design, deployment, and ongoing operations. The Senior Manager also leads expanded teams focused on multiple areas supporting the development and evaluation of programs, processes and procedures to mitigate cybersecurity risk, ensuring protection of company information and assets, and understanding and applying pertinent industry and government regulations, contracts and requirements.

Job Responsibilities


  • Manages and leads technical teams across multiple areas to evaluate business technology needs, security and systems requirements, establish specifications and solution design, assess and review existing code, and perform development, integration and programming activities for applications and systems
  • Leads technical teams responsible for partnering with business and technical leaders and vendors to understand and plan resource needs, develop metrics and standards for performance, and perform maintenance, upgrading and resolution of all technical issues across multiple cybersecurity software applications, systems and processes
  • Manages overall research and analysis of potential and known threats and vulnerabilities and develops testing and incident response plans to mitigate risk across multiple organizational areas; leads expanded teams monitoring systems for unusual activity, directs execution and response to incidents and owns responsibility for coordinating and completing disaster recovery operations and incident investigations
  • Manages and leads teams creating and executing governance plans and metrics for multiple and broad assigned business areas in alignment with operational needs and developing communications and processes that provide guidance and promote cybersecurity risk awareness
  • Provides overall leadership and oversight for teams performing multiple ongoing and forensic audits of governance process and procedure compliance; oversees the analysis and summary of results, development of recommendations, and negotiation with senior business and technical leadership for changes and enhancements to resolve issues
  • Manages the overall evaluation and communication of guidance, interpretation and application of regulatory, contract, and industry requirements for cybersecurity governance across a broad area of expertise; directs and owns partnerships with Legal and business leaders to advise course of action and develop processes for organizing and maintaining required filings and documentations
  • Coaches and develops subordinates on strategies for effective communication and successfully interacting with technical and managing business and technical peers; analyzes current and future technical skill needs for assigned area and creates response plans in partnership with Learning and Development

  • Possess a mastery level of thriving in change by setting an example, providing leadership, and coaching peers and team members, during changes that may disrupt productivity. Handles ambiguity and uncertainty with maturity, adapts management style to current situations and people needs, and demonstrate the ability to make decisions under time pressures and with limited information.

Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; May also have advanced degree
  • 10 or more years of related experience

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Shift Timing


6:30am to 3:30pm IST 2:30pm to 11:30pm IST
