Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, OTC

In this role, the successful candidate will lead the AR Collections shop within the Order to Cash vertical. The candidate shall be a strong leader and communicator who is adept at driving change within a very dynamic business environment and has a proven record of delivering process efficiency results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform autonomously, and manage process priorities aligning with overall SLAs
  • Ensure all Critical to Process metrics are met and maintained to "GREEN"
  • Ensure all process Critical activities are completed within the required deadlines established
  • Manage data tracking and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Driving continuous improvements and supporting transformation projects
  • Responsible for ensuring timely completion of process activities and the completion of daily deliverables
  • Work with retained team to resolve escalations issues and open items
  • Work with client for process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure that all operational issues are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Participate in client call discussions regarding issues and ensure effective controls are in place
  • Ensure compliance of existing controls and audit requirements
  • Partner with Talent Management/Recruitment/Training team on resource selection and training as per process requirements
  • Play significant role in career development of the team
Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate with relevant Finance and/or Operational experience
  • Demonstrates strong communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes
  • Proficiency in Computer Applications (MS Office, Internet etc.)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Working knowledge in multiple ERP systems, Consolidation and Reconciliation Tools
  • Experience in US based accounts in invoicing, collections, cash applications and reporting
  • Proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion
