HR Senior Manager-Bangalore
A leading QSR(Quick Service Restaurant)and Retail client of ours in Bangalore is looking for Senior HR Leaders. The role is based in Bangalore. We are looking for candidates with 9-13 years experience in HR and strategic business partnering
Broadly the role will involve :
- Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Talent Management across businesses for processes like Potential Assessment, Development Centres Competency based online assessment
- Designing the system to enhance experience of various stakeholders
- Partnering with HR Head and Delivery Leaders on human resource policies, rewards and recognition programs
- Discuss and advice top management on employee grievances/misconduct issues and provide resolution recommendation
- Responsible for overall employee lifecycle for both B2B and B2C business
- Core Employee Engagement
- HR Transformation initiatives
- Digitization of HR processes and using new age technologies
