As part of the team, you\'ll develop roadmaps of the driving economic objectives, determine the appropriate professionals needed, and consider financial reporting implications for deals. Please visit for more details. Deals Strategy has embarked on an ambitious growth plan in India, and we are keen to hire senior strategists in our team to complement our sector coverage. Associate Director - Deals Strategy 8-10 years of management consulting experience with a research / consulting firm Experience in delivery of at least 7-10 commercial due diligence engagements (PE CDD experience is mandatory) Specific consulting / industry experience in the financial services or industrials Personal client relationships and market connect will be an advantage - MBA from a Tier 1 institute Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore Lead client engagements independently, with very limited senior supervision Guide and develop junior team members in preparing analysis plans (for example, hypothesis / issue trees), conducting research and preparing findings Conduct quality control of client deliverables Manage engagement and firm risk compliance processes Lead client discussions Lead conversations with PE and corporate clients, in the sector of expertise Lead proposal development Bring in new business for the practice Manage, motivate and train junior team members Support in practice priorities such as hiring, knowledge management, risk management, training and scheduling Very strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities Impeccable oral and written communication skills Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure Sales and business development skills Team leadership skills Mandatory skill sets- NA Preferred skill sets -Deals Advisory Year of experience required - 8-10YRS Qualifications-MBA Education Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications Required Skills Deal Strategy Optional Skills Deal Management Desired Languages Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship No Government Clearance Required No Job Posting End Date October 31, 2023
