To qualify for the role you must have
B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a strong academic record
5 to 8 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting or industry with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed – Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, Strategic Cost Reduction,
In-depth domain knowledge in one or more and expertise in at least one sector of the following sectors: listed – FMCG & Consumer Products
