You will be part of a highly motivated and experienced team of consultants who work with the governments across Asia and Africa to build the Digital Public Infrastructure and create social impact through interventions in the form of policies and technology in social protection, health, agriculture, rural development, urban development among others. Essential Skills:

• Must possess proven project management skills, with a track record in planning and executing medium/large scale IT consulting/implementation assignments.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in business development, including proactive identification of opportunities, drafting proposals, and engaging in high-level business development activities.
  
• Strong client engagement skills necessary, with the ability to understand and adapt to client needs, while maintaining responsibility and accountability for timely deliverables.
  
• Experience working with multicultural distributed teams across different time zones, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Preferred experience in Digital identity, digital public infrastructure (DPI), data sharing, trust services (e.g., e-signatures, PKI), data hosting, and their intersection with one or more development outcomes in health, financial inclusion, social protection, etc.

• Contribute to the development of policy notes, tool kits, frameworks, and presentations for various technology-related opportunities and projects.
  
• Provide strategic and operational insights for initiatives/projects and brainstorm new areas of focus.
  
• Translate MSC leadership\'s strategic guidance into actionable tasks and monitor progress closely.
  
• Offer technical advisory and project management assistance to government and private sector clients.
  
• Build strong relationships with client organizations to facilitate successful project execution and foster communication.
  
• Possess knowledge in Digital Identities, Digital Public Infrastructure, Digital Public Goods, Payments, Data Exchange, consent, and digital signature solutions.
  
• Lead project implementation, including Digital Solutions and DPIs, in diverse countries, primarily in the global south.
  
• Generate deliverables such as Project Plans, Feasibility Studies, Detailed Project Reports, Functional Requirement Specifications, Project Status Reports, and Research papers.
  
• Execute assignments meticulously with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, understanding their needs and integrating feedback for improved project outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at MSC to foster an environment of innovation and adaptability, contributing to overall project success.
  
• Promote MSC\'s work in global fora by publishing blogs and articles.
  

Business Development-

Qualification And Experience:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
  
• Master of Technology (M.Tech)
  
• Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience required in Tech Consulting and IT Project Management.
