Job Description




Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance will be responsible for leading and managing a team of senior analysts focused on analyzing financial data related to supply chain operations, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements, and developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and profitability across the supply chain, while also transforming the Supply Chain Finance function. The individual in this role will work closely with functional teams and Zones to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain and step-change in Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts responsible for analyzing financial data related to supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation, and logistics.
  • Own monthly performance reviews, budgeting and strategic planning cycles and Operations continuous improvement program.
  • Lead transformation projects in Supply Chain finance to step-change function capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain, acting as business partner.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision making and forecasting.
  • Provide performance analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders from different Zones and Functions to drive projects and changes through influencing.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the team of analysts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain finance or related field, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
