Senior Manager/ Chief Manager Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Function Marketing & e-commerce Reporting to AVP/VP (e-Com and Brand) Band 4 Gurugram Team (D/I) 4 JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Creative and Communication lead - for e-Commerce and Brand marketing with strong business acumen, category understanding and domain knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for delivering highly impactful campaigns for digital and brand assets. The candidate will lead a team of marketers driving company strategies to acquire, retain and engage new customers. The candidate will drive brand, traditional media, social media communication strategy to deliver business objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Creative Communication Strategy to power e-commerce channel Lead digital creative & communication strategy to drive ecommerce business Create a differentiated digital brand and product positioning basis consumer insight & business context to power Prospecting across various digital platforms Design persuasive and action oriented remarketing and retargeting communication to win back abandoned cart prospects Creative strategy for bank partner Direct to Consumer prospecting journeys Deploy contiguous digital chase communication (via email, SMS and notifications) customized for consumer\'s purchase journey- session to lead, lead to quote, quote to payment, payment to form filling Develop social media strategy for digital brand building, insurance awareness, digital influence and build positive sentiment Digital Brand Management Enable conversion driven campaign & communication for performance marketing platforms - google, meta, native and affiliates Anchor brand architecture across all brand communication in ATL, BTL and Digital media to support key business categories - Protection, retirement, savings Devise, evangelize and govern consistent codes for the brand across platforms and channels to enable brand differentiation Media planning and innovation for key campaigns to maximize impact on brand search queries and brand consideration Enable seller brand across key ecommerce aggregator partners through offline product launches, digital engagement through content and activations.
