Position Summary with Job Responsibilities Purpose of the position Position is responsible for driving operational processes and enable end-to-end seamless execution of day-to-day activities in DTC depots in order to maximize bus fleet availability, minimize breakdown and bring economy in operations and thus resulting in customer delight and superior business performance in collaboration with all stakeholders. Dimensions of the position 100-150 Vehicle (Bus) Fleet 100-150 Depot Channel Partner manpower Personal Profile Education- BE/ BTech (Electrical/ Mechanical) Skills 1.Good Technical knowledge in automobiles 2.Customer Centricity 3.Detail orientation 4.Problem Solving ability 5.Communication Skills 6.Manpower handling 7.Analytical Skills 8.Hands on working MS Office 9.Knowledge of analytical tools SAP/ CRM 10.Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shift) Relevant Experience : 1.BE/BTech/Diploma with 3-6 yrs experience 2.Preferably Automotive, Construction equipment industry (Field Service) 3.Experience in customer handling in field Education Work Experience Key Responsibilities: S.N.Key Responsibility & Key Tasks Measures 1Managing availability of vehicle (bus) fleet as per AMC 1.Monitor Shift loss, breakdowns and vehicle availability on daily basis Coordinate with SP for completion of required preventive maintenance or accident related job maintenance within shift to ensure timely morning and evening out shedding of trouble free and safe vehicles (buses) as per set standards 2.Prepare availability records of vehicles (buses) on daily and monthly basis Coordinate with STU (DTC) on signing of availability and maintenance related check sheets on daily basis Vehicle (Bus) Availability % 2.Managing adherence to workshop maintenance schedule 1.Monitor scheduled adherence of preventive maintenance activities - 10 Days, Docking, General Check-up, Attendance of driver complaints, Follow-up with Channel Partner for any actions required to ensure no vehicle (bus) gets sick and breakdown enroute. 2.Monitor vehicle (bus) readiness for statutory compliance like PUC, CNG & MVI, and initiate actions if required. 3.Monitor fleet washing and presentability records and address any gaps as per process 4.Monitor Shift loss tracker and coordinate with Channel Partner for regular updation Analyse vehicle (bus) wise shift loss and initiate necessary actions to ensure that vehicle (bus) does not attract penalty % Schedule Adherence Penalties Levied per vehicle (Bus) on Depot for Shift Loss as % of revenue 3Managing mileage adherence as per contract 1.Monitor mileage of fleet at depot Conduct survey for reasons for low mileage, Observe and coordinate with Gas Filling Station/ STU (DTC)/ Channel Partner Team for necessary corrective actions at respective ends to adherence to contract KM-KG per vehicle (bus) 4Providing Technical Support, Minimizing breakdown and attending promptly 1.Maintain record of breakdowns, driver complaints and maintenance schedule in SAP for analysis purpose Initiate preventive actions in order to minimize breakdown 2.Coordinate with Channel Partner/ Central Team/ Other Nearby Depot team to ensure reported en-route breakdown is attended by BD Team within time period stated in AMC 3.Conduct proper diagnosis and Root Cause analysis Take necessary actions before next outshedding.
