Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for developing sales forecast numbers for overall spares business (DLR + DIST channels) to help give predictions to suppliers and also plan for the future.Preparing the templates and other data required for the SandOP process including collation of responses.Responsible for defining accurate inventory norms for all nodes in the system (MDC, RDC and CFAs.Day to day tracking to ensure that the defined inventory norms are adhered to.Primary responsibility to ensure that excess inventory isnt built up in the system at any node.Developing inputs for MRP runs, running the MRP and releasing schedules on a timely basis.Continuous and proactive improvement of the inventory, scheduling and forecasting processes
