As a global team we collaborative to provide cutting-edge solutions to solve our customer\'s problems Take ownership for operational excellence and continuous improvement As a Senior Manager-CTO Processes and Data, you\'ll be accountable for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Majorly for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Enterprise Vulnerability Remediation, License Management, and Data within the CTO organization. As a Senior Manager-CTO Processes & Data, you will be responsible for: Coordinating across DT and the broader DT organization to gather feedback to drive continuous improvement of the processes in the domain Identifying and measuring success of the functions within the domain Being accountable for the CMDB data integrity and process disciplines to ensure accurate and useful data to drive better decisions. Managing project and RTS costs per planned budgets Mentoring and developing talent within organization Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or related field. Have a minimum at least 8 years of equivalent work experience. Be Excel at understanding and developing effective processes. Be Excel at understanding how desperate sources of data need be assembled to drive effective process and reporting capability. Have Ability to drive the program to address current gaps. Be able to effectively navigate and drive change in a matrix organization Be able to communicate to leadership and flex into the details when required. Have Experience in process development. Have strong experience with process & governance & infrastructure life cycle and incident management. (ITIL, Service Now, Process and lifecycle optimization) Have Experience with Operational Excellence , Asset Management, data modeling. Have Experience building out a team .
