The Thomson Reuters Finance Systems and Data team leads the overall finance systems and data strategy and delivery execution to support the global finance and accounting organizations. This includes implementing and maintaining Finance Platforms, Applications and Tools to meet the requirements of finance function. The Finance systems team is currently involved in automation of FP&A and Management Reporting processes through deployment of next generation tools and technologies like OneStream, PowerBI, Snowflake, Alteryx and Sagemaker. This role will play a critical part in enhancing and maintaining the OneStream platform as a key planning and reporting tool. About the Role - In this role you will

Manage all delivery aspects for OneStream implementation, maintenance and BAU support

Lead a diverse team of up to 7 resources and manage contractor resources working on the project

Partner with finance process owners and application owners to develop and articulate detailed business requirements for management reporting and planning, including financial data and self-service financial reporting capabilities for non-finance customers

Lead the team in cross-functional meetings to understand technical requirements, data sources, calculation involved and expectations from OneStream platform

Deliver on business requirements following the change request release cycle

Collaborate with the Data Lake team to ensure accurate and timely data availability in OneStream platform

Coordinate with Implementation Partner and OneStream Support team wherever required

Ensure efficient delivery of BAU support and delivery activity

Hold end-to-end ownership of OneStream platform from Environment, Security, Integration, Application Design and ongoing BAU activities perspective

About You

Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Engineering and MBA/MS in Finance or any other equivalent qualification

Experience: 10+ Overall years of minimum experience and 5+ years of min. experience in EPM domain

Key Skills/Competencies:

Finance transformation project experience for FP&A and Management Reporting processes

End-to-End implementation experience on EPM tools like OneStream, PBCS, Anaplan or any other leading tool in the market

Understanding of BAU activities from an EPM tool perspective and exposure to month-end close activities

Experience of designing solution architecture for finance systems landscape and exposure to other BI and analytical tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake etc.

Effective communication skills to drive discussion with leadership

Negotiation skills to balance project delivery with expectations of stakeholders

Experience of managing contractual resources and vendor relationships

Exposure to SOX compliance related procedures

Ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders like Technology, Data, Security teams etc
