Job Description


Are you looking for a Compensation opportunity where you will implement strategies, policies, and ensure the company complies with all local laws and regulations to enable a consistent reward structure? If so, this is the role for you.

As Compensation Professional you will support management in applying and managing the compensation information and services to ensure professional reward management for all employees. You will also develop compensation and benefits policies and manage the implementation of these processes.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Review job descriptions to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Liaise with departmental heads in formulating job grading, salary reviews, and bonus payments
  • Review and determine salary ranges and benefits structure for the company\xe2\x80\x99s positions
  • Define benefit guidelines considering local requirements and salary recommendations in line with internal salary bands, annual salary reviews, and bonus/incentive payments
  • Manage Human Resource budgets and head count planning
  • Evaluate market and economic trends and develop recommendations for program enhancements
  • Conduct and participate in compensation survey submissions, market research, conduct analysis of data, interprets results, and make recommendations based on data findings
  • Manage the distribution of all the written and verbal communication with the employees regarding their compensation and benefits
  • Lead and participate in compensation project teams across various functions
  • Prepare headcount analysis and manage Human Resources reports

  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 Human Resource experience

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Compensation or Benefits
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with third party vendors
  • Ability to build trust and respect from employees
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and complex situations with a high level of learning agility
  • Strong collaboration, consultation, negotiation, and communication skills at various levels
