Roles & Responsibilities
- To Handle Recruitment, Grooming & Training of Employees.
- Working knowledge in ISO process.
- Knowledge in reviewing matrix system.
- Knowledge in Labour act and other statuary compliances.
- Manage team size of more than 250+ employees.
- MBA - HR.
- Minimum 15+ years experience.
- Candidate willing to travel for handling recruitment & HR related activities for our group of companies.
- Able to take steps for bringing up Human resource management strategies.
- Willing to join immediately will be given preference.
- Day shift
