Responsibilities The role holder is responsible for driving Benefits Operations which covers process like Long Service awards, Car schemes, Group life insurance hospital claim, Group / Local medical benefits, Benefits transformation (BT) process understanding, and partnering with product / country SD in any changes /implementation and various other country related benefits, ensuring it is managed in line with agreed process and KPI&rsquos / SLA&rsquos Processes Drive benefits operations process seamlessly in line with agreed process, KPI&rsquos and SLA Monitor trends, review root cause, and follow through actions to strengthen process controls Effective co-ordination with other GPS departments during global processes / normal BAUs, work towards the collective agenda of &lsquoOne HR&rsquo. Successfully supports execution of Benefits strategy and planned initiatives Driving process automation and improvements initiatives in the Benefits process Challenge Status Quo, drive change the way we do the process currently Focus and support technological enhancements as per group standards and BAU requirements Team readiness for Success Factor transition, reports requirement, check on access available status for nil BAU impact. Involve / work closely with team on BAU / seasonal / monthly activities are performed as per deadlines. Daily review of SNOW cases to ensure all cases are assigned & TAT adherence. Check status on long pending cases, TAT miss reasons updated, unassigned cases for the team basis report shared centrally. Managing escalations across team, understand root cause and iron them for better client service. Ensure stakeholder management, and periodic vendor (Darwin) engagement. Review of trackers sent to country monthly / fortnightly. Periodic EUC validation of processes recorded. POI reviews (as part of the change and annual) and sign off from country stakeholder. Ensure right admin access for Darwin markets are performed & reviewed, no dormant users, de-provisioning is performed correctly. Ensure all finance / invoice payments related are processed in line with the requirement. Provide inputs to central team for Dashboard/ HR Care/ TAT Miss / Volumes on monthly basis. Readiness for quarterly CDA checks performed by Risk Ops team for Darwin countries. Preparedness for annual renewal activities for BT Markets. Initiate / position processes that are not logical to Benefits and plan for movement of such activities. Capacity planning / effort estimation / leave planning is controlled and maintained. Guide / hand-hold team for successful smooth functioning at all times. People and Talent Identify the self-training requirement and adapt to the changes Manage a team of Benefits professionals and continuously motivate and coach them. Development plan for the team and work upgrading the skills of the employees. Job allocation and rotation with-in the team ensuring BCP. Identify the training needs & lead cross training initiatives and ensure that the employees are trained to perform multiple country benefit operations activity. Strategize team back-up are rightly available for smooth BAU functioning. Ensure country time zones are practised for process & holidays. Regular performance checks are conducted, wherever required feedbacks provided for individual up-scaling and ensure nil team impact. Risk Management Operate all the controls effectively that are agreed and designed in the process Governance Participate in governance forums/ periodic meetings internal or with vendors and ensure all actions agreed are completed in a timely manner. Ensure team performs monthly governance activities as agreed by process. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Should have excellent communication skills and good at stakeholder management. Staff should be conversant with Employee portal, ServiceNow portal. Should have working knowledge on Excel & Word and adaptable to learn additional functions as may be required. Strong analytical skills, good in numbers and should be capable to handle multiple process. Should be open to work as a team member / people manager basis the business requirements. Should be guiding, working together with team, ensuring all deliverables are timely and accurately met as per calendar or adhoc activities. To be prepared to learn new processes and handle the same as per requirement. Should be flexible to work on shifts if required.
