Tech Profile/Essential Skills Experience in Change and Release Enablement, leading / supporting technology and strategic initiatives within a complex and dynamic operational environment. Desire to solve complex issues/problems with passion for continuous service improvement. Understanding / exposure to relevant technologies, IT controls and governance. Lead and chair change and release cadences and refine and mature the practices. Measure industry best in class metrics for change and release and continually improve the practices. Chair CAB and Fitness for launch release calls for Go/No decision along with Business and Tech. stakeholders. Management skills, including stakeholder management, matrix management, service management, change, ITIL, Agile and DevSecOps practices. Drive change and release practice towards Agile and DevSecOps ways of working. Proven experience managing teams within complex matrix environment. Skilled and experienced at conflict negotiation and problem-solving. Senior Stakeholder management. Ability to breakdown silos both inside and outside organisation. Be able to shift opinion and use influence over positional power. Customer-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills and Experience 12+ years of experience in Change and Release Enablement governance 6+ years of experience in managing teams and maturing the change and release practices. Education and Professional Skills Professional qualification or equivalent. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable) Solid English reading/writing capability required. ITIL 4, Agile Related Certifications and trainings are required. Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking. Strong collaboration and communication skills are a must. Experience in the Finance industry or knowledge of financial products is a huge plus Strong people management capability Customer centricity Highly focused on outcomes Highly organized and planned individual Self-starter and self-managed Strong stakeholder and relationship management Detailed Responsibilities Ensures change processes and procedures are well documented, kept up to date and improved inline with Global change process. Ensures team is suggesting Corp Tech Capabilities through effective, timely and safe production changes. Focus on balancing effectiveness, throughput, compliance and risk control for all changes in defined scope. Oversight of change and release schedule. Leads improvements to change through advocating best practices, change optimisation, reducing bureaucracy, support high velocity change / agile. Ensures right tools, training, support is in place for teams success. Managing a small team of Change and Release managers with dotted line resources (matrix management), 3rd party partners and contractor alignment. Ensuring successful convergence / synergy of Corp Technology Change Enablement while seeking ways to improve including speed, automation, best practice, small changes etc. Manage release cadences in Agile ways of working. Resolve conflicts across teams for release planning and implementation. Drive continual service improvements for change and release practices.
