Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Learning Business Partner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to identify learning needs, designing and implementing training programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to assess learning needs and priorities.
Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify and leverage internal and external resources to develop engaging and effective training programs.
Partner with subject matter experts to create content and materials for learning initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on career development opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Training and Facilitation experience for leaders
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
Proven experience in learning and development - 10+ yrs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure impact.
Knowledge of learning technologies . LXP / LMS implementation
