SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS) As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Job Purpose

To acquire New Customers and provide Technical Support to the Customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to acquire new customers prospects following hunter\xe2\x80\x99s style

• Able to interact with the entire eco system in the industry such as - supply chain (equipment, component) / industry forums

• Lead all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon stake holders at customers\xe2\x80\x99 side to assist in commercials like quotes, solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.

• Sells the complete offering of company products and services to assigned opportunities.

• Manages prospects in Sales Place and periodically assigns the probability of success based on pursuing the account keenly, able to seek support from peers in the closure of business in the shortest period of time.

• Practices top down approach yet maintain good relationship at lower level staff at customers\xe2\x80\x99 production lines to capture the voice of customers

• Interacts with key decisions makers at customers and identifies potential areas for support and creates opportunities for us in their organic growth (Farming)

• Forecasts customer material requirements by closely interacting and predicting to the accuracy of +or- 5% to bring efficiency in managing the business.

• Thorough knowledge & insights into various assembly processes

• Able to provide sustainable process solutions

• Create & quantify value at customers to maximise share and margins

• Able to train operators, engineers & managers at customers based on position held.

Education

Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
