The Digital Transformation Office is driving the overall Digital transformation, by building and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. Along the journey, this team is transforming underlying business processes, building sustainable support models, and driving adoption of digital tools that generate new value and improve employee, customer, and consumer experiences. Team members of the DTO demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to the digital strategies of partner functions (R&D, Commercial, Quality etc.).To enable the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions and new ways of working, the Digital Transformation Office is building foundational, reusable, and scalable data assets. The Senior Manager will shape the end-to-end data lifecycle including execution of data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for the External Deliver data assets. This individual will be responsible for shaping data governance within the data domain and partnering with various data management and operations teams to develop data standards and improve business processes in support of data quality.He / she will collect data requirements from data consumers, capability owners, and digital product owners within the data domain or across domains, communicate data requirements to data providers and monitor compliance to these requirements. This individual will coordinate with business process stakeholders to ensure that the proper business context and impact are considered in discussions regarding specific data elements.The Senior Manager, Deliver Data Strategy will apply advanced analytics, intelligent automation, data science, and other cutting-edge technology to continuously improve processes and drive greater value and efficiency in overall data management processes.Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Data Asset strategy that will accelerate the Digital Transformation and drive financial and strategic business outcomes.
  • Lead E2E data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for the data domain.
  • Collect data requirements from data consumers, capability owners, and digital product owners within the Data domain or across domains, communicate data requirements to data providers and monitor compliance to these requirements.
  • Implement governance of data standards within the data domain, and partner with SMEs and Data Management teams to implement data quality standards and improve business processes in support of data quality.
  • Create and espouse a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture where different viewpoints are visibly encouraged and supported.
  • Continuously raise the bar on performance, technical depth, product management results, and people leadership skills.
  • Manage high performing staff across subject matter areas.
What we are looking for:Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum.
  • Minimum of 12 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain Logistics, IT, or relevant functional experience
  • Must be well-versed in analyzing data, segmenting, rationalizing, defining, tracing lineage, developing controls, tracking issues, influencing ownership, as well as ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and ready for usage.
  • Must be well-versed in developing harmonized, reusable data assets including data modeling, data architecture, data ingestion, data enrichment and data curation.
  • Experience in data management strategy and associated operational standards (e.g., Data Lifecycle Management, Data Quality standards).
  • Project management principles with Agile methodology experience.
  • Expertise in Supply Chain data (e.g., Material Master, Customer Master), operational and transactional ERP data, Distribution / Transportation / 3PL / 4PL, Collaboration data, other external data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions and process information quickly.
  • Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions and regions.
  • Experience leading a team and delivering outcomes with limited supervision.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management experience, superior influencing and collaboration skills.
  • Thought leadership with an agile mindset experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication, and partnership skills.
  • Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.
  • Experience with Distribution / Transportation management, dynamic fulfillment process, OTIF-D, .
Desired Qualifications:
  • Degree specialization in data science, computer science, data engineering or advanced analytics fields.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), masters degree in data science and / or PhD.
  • Experience in reference data operational processes and data lifecycle activities
  • Strong industry knowledge and business acumen
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack.
  • Experience working across Supply Chain domains (planning, procurement, manufacturing, delivery / logistics, quality)
  • Experience with acquisitions and divestitures is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial statements and methodologies (P&L, Balance Sheet, COGs, GP, ROI, NPV, IRR) is a plus.
  • May require up to 10% travel (domestic and / or international)
