Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify opportunities using/building your own network within and outside the
firm
\xef\x82\xb7 Work Independently in business development ( entire cycle) and project/client
management
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive Client conversation and prepare responses to RFPs
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive Client conversations, lead project delivery and manage stakeholders
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead and guide Team during project execution

Ideal Candidate should
\xef\x82\xb7 Have been part of any of the following Consulting firms (Deloitte, Accenture, EY,
KPMG )
\xef\x82\xb7 Have Excellent leadership and team management skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Have Experience in handling projects with large organizations
\xef\x82\xb7 Be Self-Motivated and Flexible
\xef\x82\xb7 Have the ability to lead a cross-cultural and multi-generational diverse workforce
\xef\x82\xb7 Have experience in Finance Transformation projects covering Financial
Planning, Consolidation & Reporting, Cost Management, Pricing
\xef\x82\xb7 Have experience in handling a team of 10+ resources independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Have a mindset to be responsible for sales and productivity of the team
\xef\x82\xb7 Have experience in working with Alliances
