Role Responsibilities Role details: Grade - Band 6 Role - Senior Manager Location - Bangalore Eligibility criteria: Band 7 can apply Overall experience of 8 years with 2 years of People Manager experience 12 months experience in currently role Preferably 18 months experience in CDD process. A minimum performance rating of Good. Good verbal and written communication skills. Willing to work in any shifts. Location - Chennai/Bangalore Requirement - 1 Roles and Responsibilities Training: Ensure staffs are adequately trained to support both existing and any new requirements. Train and create enough back up for all key deliverables including self. Identifying development needs of team members in line with capability matrix assessment and create a plan to address. Performance Management: Ensure all staff are up to speed on policies and procedures and fully trained to ensure that they contribute to the overall goal of the project. Their comprehension of the process need to be constantly reviewed and at least 90% of the team achievements should be aligned to the overall project goals. Rewards & recognition: Motivate staff by nominating them for Rewards & Recognition for qualifying team members Engagement: Ensure active participation in E3 and other staff engagement activities / events at GBS. CSR: Deepen community volunteering activities, linking more to Group or GBS initiatives. Future Workplace: Adherence to future workplace working in accordance with new ways of working framework. Risk Management and Audit Ensure to complete manager check list every month within deadline meticulously and gaps if any highlighted to the AVP. Demonstrate high level of preparedness by self and team for any Audit and ensure NIL audit failures/ NIL adverse audits grading in reviews Ensure that appropriate internal resources, systems, procedures, and controls are in place and are operating effectively and timely reporting/escalation of significant risk issues to AVP Ensure timely completion of One-Cert review. Exercise due care in handling any external email correspondence Maker team Ensure the team can deliver the monthly target which is aligned to the project goals and within the Performance management framework Robust governance on Project commitments with 97% Quality & timely completion of profiles Checker Team Ensure the team are trained & able to deliver the monthly target of reviewing 18 Full CDDs or 64 updates / Target functionality Robust governance on Project commitments with 97% Quality & timely completion of profiles Ensure there is adequate supply of work for team enabling optimum utilisation of resources and highlight concerns proactively to stakeholders and senior management. Ensuring the staff is working towards achieving the required burn against the actual targets Quality: Ensure QC scores are maintained within thresholds Be part of calibration call between Maker & QC in case of arbitration Ensure rework is closely monitored and controlled Conduct monthly rework forums to discuss repeat themes and arrive at corrective actions involving SME&rsquos Ensure to have monthly checker to Maker discussion for bringing down the re-work rate and error themes Ensure nil QC exception and observations are within permissible threshold Conduct RCA on the error patterns on an ongoing basis & circulate to the management team with an action plan to ensure the Quality targets are met Operations Discipline: Enure data is provided to MI team within the timeline to create required decks for PWG / PSC meetings Facilitate monthly calls with the countries and ensure that minutes are duly recorded and circulated by the country to relevant parties after the monthly call. Ensure TAT is met for all the cases in CET queue. Ensure ETB/trigger cases are actioned within 3-5 days of receipt of information else the cases to be rejected to right bucket. Monitoring of Usage of right rejection code by makers/checkers to IMO/Makers respectively. Monthly MIS to be circulated to the management team on the errors classified under Miscellaneous & Others with a proper justification from Checkers to ensure the accurate error code are followed to provide a clear picture on the gaps. Proactively plan leaves for team and self. Monitor PS tool actively for staff Ensure to adhere to the Group code of conduct Ensure timely completion of all mandatory training/PAD/ awareness modules Ambitious targets: 90% of team to be above a PMI score of 80 & Quality target of 100% Cost Management: Contribute towards the overall project teams goals on cost reduction by way of efficiency in production and supporting all streamlining and reengineering initiatives Cases of Job abandonment or the like to be immediately reported to ensure there are NIL instances of operational losses.
