Looking for a Sr. Leasing Manager in Marathahalli.Designation/Position: Sr. Leasing ManagerCompany Profile : It is one of the prominent residential and commercial real estate developers in Bangalore & Hyderabad. From being prominently a residential developer, it has expanded its horizons into Commercial, Coliving, Plotted Development and other Real Estate Verticals. : - Commercial Space Leasing experience is required.- Generating Leads Through Direct Client Sourcing as Well as Through Agents (ipc & Local). - Working towards Increasing the tenants to occupy the commercial space.- Organizing Client and Broker Meetings. - Preparing & Issuing Commercial Offers. - Holding Client/Agent Site Visits/Inspections. - Technical Knowledge about property. - Cross Department Functioning with Engineering/Holding Client/Property Management Teams/ Design Etc., to Achieve Smooth Placement of Clients Into Their Office Premises.- Holding Negotiations/Counter Offers/Rental Analysis.- Executing Legal Documentation Along with In - house Legal from Heads of Terms / Letter of Intents / agreements to Lease/Lease Deeds/Letters/Notices as Required, Registering Documents Etc. / Legal and Technical Due Diligence of Asset.- Communicating with Clients.- Preparing Marketing Material/Presentations/Portfolios.- Launch Events Preparation and Participation. - Responsible for Monitoring the Project Commercials (Revenue and Profitability) for all Projects.- Only Male Candidates- Good/Excellent English CommunicationCandidate Profile : Male, Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Should be fluent in English, Presentable, Management skills, Dedicated, and With a clear employment background.
