Team And Role Overview As a Learning & Development specialist, you will be part of the Centers of Expertise unit, joining a global, high-performing team of individuals. Centers of Expertise are responsible for designing appropriate people strategies, programs, policies, and processes to increase our chances to attract, retain and develop talents. We are now looking for a well-rounded Learning & development professional for our global L & D activities. This is a pivotal role in our HR team that will enable Adenza to develop the right skills in our talent, for the right team at the right time! Responsibilities Learning Need Identification & Analysis: Lead the LNI & LNA for the global diverse division across the globe Research learning and development practices to meet organizational, departmental, and individual development needs Utilize talent assessment data to create scientific & data-driven learning need analysis Map learning needs to internal target groups & analyze & recommend solutions (buy or build) Design & Deliver: Support in designing learning journeys such as high-potential development, future leaders, and so on Own content development including other learning collateral for the assigned projects Facilitate live and virtual programs in an engaging way making them tailored & relevant to each audience Regularly assess, evaluate, and enhance learning experiences L&D Analytics: Build a data-driven learning culture by measuring the effectiveness of learning programs, reporting, and using data insights to shape our learning roadmap and priorities Create metrics for cost-benefit, and impact analysis and assist in budget preparation Design & implement maximization strategy to drive learning program ROI Skills And Requirements 8 to 10 years of domain experience Instructional design Training & Facilitation skills - in-person & virtual Qualified Degree/certification Strong execution focus Innovative solution mindset Ability to take ownership & operate autonomously Stay updated with industry updates, new trends, and innovative solutions Stakeholder management and consulting capabilities Excellent project management, and critical thinking skills More About Us Our Office: Adenza Mumbai is located on the 2nd floor of the Ackruti Center Point building. We\'re very close to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, and Five Star hotels. We have excellent transport links nearby, including Andheri Metro and railway station.
