Position Title: Senior Learning & Development Partner

Location: Bangalore, KA-India

About the role:

As a Senior Learning and Development Partner in the Caterpillar HR Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in leading the design, implementation and support of Enterprise-wide leadership development programs, projects and processes to ensure Caterpillar has the right leaders, with the right leadership skills, at the right time. The primary focus of this role is the management of an existing leadership development program as well as overall development of front-line leadership across Caterpillar.

What You Will Do:

\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain processes for assessing changing business needs for people and organizational development programs.

\xc2\xb7 Provide consulting services on design and development of large-scale or complex solutions for addressing professional skills gaps, leadership, and organizational development issues.

\xc2\xb7 Design programs and solutions for global, multiple organization, or cross-functional learning and development initiatives which support business goals.

\xc2\xb7 Implement programs with efficient use of resources, including negotiation with vendors and adopting technology solutions, to achieve learning goals and business outcomes.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate new and existing curriculum/learning solutions, including pilot and experimental programs, and recommend appropriate approaches for scaling or improving development programs for enterprise application

What You Have:

\xc2\xb7 Influencing: Extensive knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

\xc2\xb7 Consulting: Extensive knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

\xc2\xb7 Business Acumen: Working knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company\'s business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

\xc2\xb7 Problem Solving : Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

\xc2\xb7 Training Solution Development: Knowledge of training solution development procedures, tools and techniques; ability to utilize the knowledge for developing a solution to stated training needs.

\xc2\xb7 Education : College degree or equivalent experience.
