General Summary:

As a member of QCT's Test Base Station group, candidate would be responsible for supporting customers of 4G-LTE/5G-NR Test Base Station Product. Job responsibilities include end-to-end log analysis of UE and NW interaction during Signaling and Data Transfer procedures on LTE-advanced and 5G-NR and troubleshooting of protocol, software and hardware issues. Candidate would work closely with Test Base Station groups Software Development and System Test teams to analyze, debug and resolve functional and system stability issues in the product.

4-8 years of experience in LTE Product support, System Testing, UE/NW 3GPP protocol layers logs analysis. Solid understanding of Communications Systems, knowledge of PHY/MAC/RLC/RRC/NAS layers, LTE-NR Call Processing and familiarity with Linux operating system.

Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, communication skills, and must be able to work independently. Programming/Scripting skills in Python/Perl/Shell are desirable
